Guys I don't know what to do. I keep setting precision passing to on and when I go back in game it just doesn't let me use it, when I leave and check settings again it just resets itself back to off. It does it every single time so I can't use precision passing. Please tell me I'm not the only one, anyone know how to fix it?

I had the same problem. I fixed it by going into a single player quick play game from the games main screen. Change the settings to what you want while you're in the game. Then you should be able to quit and it'll save those settings for MUT. Hope this helps.
