To elaborate on my earlier answer, if I could choose one offensive player to get a 99 card, it'd be Demaryius Thomas.  Dude was such a beast and it became clear quickly that Peyton Manning thought so too, because he was able to instantly and consistently rely on him.  The likelihood of that happening is miniscule, but I'd take any Broncos WR.  Ed McCaffrey, Rod Smith, even an upgraded Brandon Marshall.  I would say Shannon Sharpe, but he'll almost certainly get one for Ultimate Legends, at least he better.
