What is the difference between edge protector and secure protector?

I have 95 Anthony Munoz and I have no idea what ability would be better on him. He gets edge protector and secure protector for 1 ap each.

I'd run secure protector. It seems to work a little better for me

SP is the upgraded version of EP. SP can go on the entire line where EP only works on Ts

Same thing but EP only works on LT and RT while SP works everywhere
