No. Hurts just got a 97 and if he wins Super Bowl MVP he will get a 99. Mahomes won MVP honors so he will most likely get a 98 OVR and then if he wins SB MVP he will get a 99..

already released card’s won’t be impacted

A Hurts 99 MVP card would have all NFC Teams I would assume???

The Super Bowl strat item will give special boost to all players of the winning team, including those released as part of the SB promo.
