Season 3 help

Hey guys, Season 3 looks amazing but i need some help. 

I have 99 kelce at starting TE, and 97 Melvin Ingram at LE/RE. As you know the season champs are Pat Freiermuth and Marcus Davenport and are up-gradable to a 99.  I have no idea who to take,. And do they get all chems?
