I think its getting to that time for me when I can start to at least get 25/50 for a theme team. Anybody notice any kind of difference at all? is it even worth it? I haven't played any H2H yet as I've just been grinding solos and solo battles for now but gonna start playing H2H here shortly and was gonna upgrade the squad before we dip into it. thanks for the advice!
In my opinion, this is the easiest year in MUT history to run a Theme Team especially this early in the year.
You can likely get 25 team chems while still hosting a “god squad” and having the best possible card at basically all positions.
At 50/50 you can still make room for about a dozen non-theme players to round out your squad.
I always run a theme team. I like the +2 SPD at 50/50 and it gives me a framework to go by when building my team. If I don't, I end up wanting every single player that gets released lol.

Yes. Just be aware that your theme team boosts will only apply to the players with that particular team chem equipped though.
I like running a theme team, I have fun with it.
Im floating around with it. Started the game with the idea to go Chiefs/ Bucs for my TT. Chiefs im doing well at, 25/50, Bucs I'm floating away from and just adding great players to fill in holes instead. I REALLY see the difference in the Chiefs chemmed players, especially Sammy Watkins! He's outplayed all other recievers ive had including Calvin Johnson! And yeah I have the free Hill, hes a KILLER decoy online to open Sammy up more ha ha!
Anyway, I think its really good to get some form of a 25/50 chems at least to really bump up the universal chem freebies we get (Kam, Hester and the team captian).
