Unstoppable Force for 1 AP has been way better for me than any other sort of pass rushing ability.  What makes it so powerful is that it isn't countered by Secure Protector, so when it's activated Watt basically gets instasheds.  I think the most effective pass rush combo in the game right now is Madmaxx with Blitz and Milkman with Unstoppable Force.

Unstoppable Force on Milkman is the better of those 2 options. If you want 2 x-factors on your D-line, I would go with jwasylenko's suggestion of Madmaxx with Blitz and Milk Man with Unstoppable Force.
