I would sell the Carmichael RB card and use the free Dunn card. You can use the coins to upgrade your right end or any other position you need.

I would agree with what Stephen said and sell Carmichael. Whether its to use Warrick Dunn or you can flip him and buy quadfather for the same price. 

For the rest of the coins, its just a matter of who you feel like is slacking in game, the rest of your team seems pretty solid. From experience, I personally think Jason Verrett always gets toasted, but if he plays good for you no need to get rid of him. If you agree, you could sell him and see if you can afford The Warden. If not, then I would probably just save and build your coin stack.
