I'd definitely look into a CB or SS. Here are all of them currently under 500k - https://www.mut.gg/players/?market=2&price__lte=500000&positions=17%2C19
My personal suggestion would be:
CB: Champ Bailey (330k)
SS: Gardner-Johnson (400k)
