Budget TT's?

Legends is probably the cheapest to quickly get to 40/40 since you can use free pups from Legends solos to fill out the majority of the squad.  But to keep up with the latest and greatest it can get expensive.  That being said, there are plenty of mid level legends who won't break the bank if you don't need all ULs, target past promos legends that you like.

But like Kaotikords said, any TT can be budget, just depends if you can be ok with their mid to lower level cards because 3 million isn't going to get you the best of the best on any TT.
