Need help! SFL vs PLE

I’ve been running SFL since forever! I just bought Culpepper and he has PLE discounted. Leading passes is something i do anyways. Is PLE the move here or do I need to clear some AP for SFL?

They are both pre much the same,so just do whatever costs less AP (PLE for Culpepper). I would recommend  running HRM, PLE, and Fearless on Culpepper, for 5 AP total

PLE is a better version of SFL.

SFL Set Feet Lead (only activates with feet set)

PLE Pass Lead Elite (activates with feet set and without feet set)
