Can you change the team chemistry on a player from a theme team pack?

I believe this was the case last year, but I wondered if it applied with these rounds of theme team packs.

For example, would you be able to take the 95 OVR Ronnie Lott from the 49ers Theme Team pack, and switch the Chemistry to Legends, Raiders or Jets?

i have no idea for sure,  but would think it would be like any other NAT - whatever chems is available after upping chem should be there

but dont buy it just off my thoughts lol
