I posted in game screenshots on this thread just scroll back..... so you can see it's very possible . I'm at 98 with over 20 99's. It's definitely obtainable.  A few 97s in the right positions and we will be at 99 OVR soon

But again that's why I post screenshots,  because I could put anything I want in lineup builder....anyone can...This way people can see the cards and boosts and get ideas to help their teams as well hopefully

For those who started in August, and for those who came along later and put in the grind and/or some cash to help them along, it's perfectly possible, and it's just the natural order of things for February going on March.
