Hopefully they give him free DON and IS, at leadt to choose and 1ap ETE … anything else would be a shame. Would love to use JJ on my legend squad

You already can… the Milk Man gets Legend chem, that version will be better unless the 98 has the x-factor

But I almost never face the Milkman, his abilities are no good really. Not sure the xfaxtor would be worth it - how long does it stay active for ?

Just buy a 96 Milk man when the price tanks, because the game relies on thresholds and animations ratings don't matter only abilities do.
