A question about QB release and Gunslinger

Slinger 1 is the ideal release and all others are slower and need Gunslinger. 

My question is, Joe Schiesty has Slinger 5 which is 13% away from Slinger 1. Does that % mean speed? 

Does Joe with Gunslinger equal Rodgers without anything? 

Follow up. Does Rodgers not having Gunslinger hurt his ability to throw deep?

Rodgers deep motion is disgustingly bad without slinger.

As for burrow I'm not sure. I use 99 Brady with free gunslinger and I love him.

Joes slinger 5 seems just as fast as Rodgers and elways slinger 1 and his deep ball is legendary with his xfactor dots.Hope this helps.
