8 89 sets, the 2 94 sets and then either of the 97 sets

8 for the divisional champions (89), one each for Reid and Hurts (94) and one each for Allen and ZSmith (97)

Yeah you must complete either the Keenan Allen or Z Smith 97 set to get your final token.
