With all backs up in and strat every ravens player goes up about 2-3 overalls, team Is 50/50 rn
I also run gun tight offset on offense, and 3-4 or dime on defense

I'd attack a few things here. First I'd do the Leon Sandcastle set to get a new FS or User, then you get to pick any of these 95 OVR Combine players as BND.
Would pick the following:
• LG - Muti for a much needed upgrade there
• MLB - Simpson (Gets all 32 team chems)
• Either HB - Achane (Gets all 32 team chems) or CB - Cam Smith (Gets all 32 team Chems)
definitely need to power up yanda, he is a great card
get red tornado at C as his boosts will also help both of your guards then move hilgenberg to LG.
Then WR, Steve smith with free short in would help, keenan allen with all team chems is expensive but is a great card if you can get there.
I always try to make sure to set my offense up to beat man coverage and go from there. If you like running a lot mixing nasty streak and secure protectors helps from getting frequently shedded
