I've been using pretty much all the best qbs so that I can make this. I will put each qb at their rank and then rate them out of 10 on overall performance, abilities and value.
1. Patrick Mahomes- Overall Performance 9/10. He sometimes overthrew some wide open high balls. 10/10 abilities, for obvious reasons. Value 8/10, there's better value out there. Overall Review- Mahomes is easily the best QB in the game. He makes absolutely crazy throws that he should not be able to make, and his abilities are incredible.
2. Tom Brady- Performance 9/10, Abilities 10/10, Value 9/10. Overall Review: He's the best qb for the legends theme team, and he has incredible abilities. He falls behind Mahomes solely because of the animations Mahomes gets to make the crazy throws that only he can do.
3. Russell Wilson- Performance 8.5/10, Abilities 9/10, Value 10/10. Overall Review: He plays very similar to mahomes, and gets great abilities for my play style, as I do not need HRM. He barely missed any throws for me and he's very mobile, as well as being under 500k, making him the best value QB in the game.
4. Arod- Performance 9/10, Abilities 7/10, Value 7/10. His abilities and value are not very good because of the fact you have to put his lower AKA cards in to get his abilities. He still stays at number 4 because of his release and overall very good stats. He is a worse value Flacco, but a better card than him overall.
5. Joe Flacco- Performance 9/10, Abilities 9/10, Value 9.5/10. Yet again, his abilities fit my play style very well because I don't use HRM. You also do not need gunslinger on him because of his release being the best in the game. He is the best value QB for legends theme team.
6. Jalen Hurts- Performance 10/10, Abilities 9/10, Value 9.5/10. This is my favorite and most underrated QB in the game. I ended up giving him away, but his abilities fit my scheme very well and he gets all nfc chems. He's missed pretty much no throws for me, but his release leaves something to be desired.
7. Daunte Culpepper- Performance 8.5/10, Abilities 9/10, Value 8.5/10. He's the third best legends theme team qb, and the best scrambler for sure. He has very good abilities, and Generic 3 is a very solid release this year.
8. Joe shiesty- Performance 8/10, Abilities 7/10, Value 7/10. Burrow is a very good qb, but his value really is not there because you have to pay extra to get abilities. Him and Culpepper play very similarly, but Culpepper is much better value.
9. Matty Ice- Performance- 8.5/10, Abilities 6/10, Value 7/10. He's not the greatest value in the world, but he can get fearless, sfl and gunslinger for 5 AP which gives him an incredible deep ball release. He is the best 96 overall qb in my opinion.
10. Big Truzz- Performance 8/10, Abilities 5/10, Value 7/10. Big Truzz is probably still the best scrambler in the game, but his best ability combo (Big truzz x factor, hrm, sfl, and gunslinger) is 8 AP which is way too much to spend. He's still a top 10 QB purely because of the scrambling ability that he has.
Honorable Mentions: ZC Tom Brady, Mark Brunell (Powered Up) and John Elway
It was tough to keep ZC Tom Brady off of the list because of his abilities, but his release is so bad.
