I would recommend to sell elway and get sandcastle for your qb then sell gonzalez and replace him with travis kelce if you can afford it.

grind the current field pass as much as you can, and grind the season 4 field pass coming out thursday. That will make you a good amount of coins. Sell Dre Greenlaw, replace him with someone who is close to as good and with whats left over along with what you make from the field pass get a corner 3 to replace eric allen, then get sam adams (team captain). With leftover coins try and get a good reciever, if you cant then save.

sell herman moore and trevon diggs and move everyone down a spot and get a lockdown corner, I recommend PS2, then get harold carmichael as a new wr1. Pick up a demon edge rusher. I recommend combine mario williams. Then sell lamar and get leon sandcastle. With leftover coins save or upgrade slightly
