You will need a bigger coin stack to make more than one serious upgrade.
How close are you to getting Nate Davis from the CFP? He will be a big upgrade at RG.
Switch out Keyshawn Johnson for Sam Adams (to replace John Randle) and get a new WR to replace Johnson.
Specific suggestions:
WR - AJ Green (530-560k)
LT - Terron Armstead (440-460k); Budget option is Anthony Munoz (135-150k)
LG - Alan Faneca (245-265k)
C - Ryan Jensen (295-310k); Budget option is Creed Humphrey (150-165k)
CB - 96 Redux Mike Haynes (365-380k); Patrick Surtain II (460-475k)
I don't run the dollar meta so I can't really help with that. On offense though, it seems like you are a no money spent player, like me, so I would suggest transitioning to a TT. This will help you get some fast players pretty cheap. Right now, I'm running the Raiders TT, but I would choose whatever TT fits your defensive scheme the best since offensive AP is pretty easy no matter what TT you run.
PS: I just saw your username, and the steelers TT is pretty good right now as well :-)

I'd grab Adrian Wilson, throw the free Secure Tackler on him, and put him as a blitzing slot. I've been doing this ever since Quadfather came out and it helps a ton. After that, I'd look into a new WR but probably after TOTY.
