Can you stack multiple?
Yes you can, I use 2 players with D rally and I have noticed players going from 1 or 2 pass rush points to 5 on 3rd or 4th down. It makes a big difference because I have most of my D-line with double or nothing

Yes you can stack them. Each defensive rally that is equipped on the field will restore 1 pass rush point.

Yeah that would be a good setup. I would mix in Madmaxx with his Blitz x-factor after you see the resistance bars build up to give you the best chance at getting a decent pass rush as well.
