Is Too Tall worth it on a legends theme team if I already have Haley, Watt, and Mario Williams?

Doubtful at 2-3 million, be patient.  I was trying to make sense of it, but you're already getting ETE & DoN for 1AP on Haley, not sure what the lure is here, beyond a couple/few extra inches -- is that worth a couple million coins?  Probably not, YMMV.
