If I’m rocking Prez with avalanche, does using enforced do anything? Am I guaranteed fumbles with hit sticks or does the opponent Using tank or bruiser negate anything?

I’m not sure 100% but it definitely helps for when Avalanche deactivates.

Enforcer guarantees a tackle when going for a hit stick which could help stacked with Avalanche. I'd probably just use his free Crusher though.

I use it on Hit man for 0 ap and it 100% guarantees a hit stick fumble (it‘s 50/50 against Quad or Henry)
