There's no confirmation but in years past it has worked that there are three slots in the set pack, each containing a random player, one from offense, one defense, and one special teams. You would get to choose one of them.

I haven't read anything but every single year since TOTY dropped and tokens were used in the set , you get 1 player.
It may be a fantasy pack where you can choose but you won't get more than 1 player for the tokens.
