TVP's are 100% coming back tomorrow no price on them as of tonight(15-20k)my guess and nothing was 100% confirmed on TOTY rerolls or if there is how much those will be we wont know 100% on either until content goes live tomorrow

I would doubt it but you never know. They may have a 1 time training option for TOTY but we will see
