Is this just because he is a kicker?
He gets discounted Zen/Focus kicker for 1 AP, but unlike other 98 OVRs, you can't apply that discount to other buckets. You can only chose 1 of the 2 for a discount in his last bucket.
That really sucks, picked him as one of my NATs to not have to worry about a kicker the rest of the year, and he cannot get focus/zen/clutch kicker for 2 AP that Matt Gay can.
