How to make ROLB blitz

I just got micah parsons and was wondering how I make him blitz, I have blitzing abilities on him so can anyone help me?

Have him on the dline. Or as a LB you need to manually blitz him or find a play that has him blitzing

Put him at RRE or RLE in specialists
