Prob both I'd say, tho haven't tried parsons yet and Haley has been above average...

Yeah if you run a Cowboys TT like me, try your best to get both. Both make great pass rushers and also cover well. Haley should be cheaper now with 98’s dropping. And you could use your free TOTY on Micah if you wanted.
