How can I upgrade John madden dt where can I get the tokens

Put him in your lineup, then go to the missions page and click on TOTY. There should be a place where you can view the John Madden DT objectives

nvm found it another question if I get like 1 upgrade can I use it and will still work cuz it says the 91 version can I upgrade him to his 92 and still count or no

Yes, you can use each individual token like a Team Captain token. I have mine at a 94 right now
