How do I block?

I just played I guy that only ran cover 2 man and I lost to his pass rush. He was only sending 3-4 people while I was blocking six and I got sacked 8 times and hit 5 times. Its not like I have a bad o-line, my o-lines pretty good with 99 Trent LT, 97 Netane Muti LG, Red Tornado 97 C, 95 Zack Martin RG, and 95 Riley Reiff. Like what am I supposed to do?😭

What abilities are using on the o-line?
