MUT access denied?

Just copped madden for 20 bucks three days ago.  Ripped about $40 in packs, then proceeded to play TOTY and legends challenges nonstop.  Then I get access denied and my mut mode is gone.  Also I never received an email about a ban or suspension.  Thoughts?

Keep checking your email, sometimes it can be late or in your spam folder. If you don't get anything, you may need to open a ticket with EA Help.

Ya, I opened a case two days ago, could be a false ban/suspension.  Haven't received an email at all.

Still after 2 days it’s not letting you go into MUT on your game? Did you try logging of of your PSN/Gamertag and signing back in completely?

Lol ya day 5, I got an email from my case saying I dont have a ban/suspension so I should be able to play.  But my MUT is still missing....I have to call them again.
