Banned for allegedly cheating

I was playing this guy in Mut H2H and I was beating him bad after he sends me Rasict messages after I beat him so I report him, then a minute later I get kicked out of madden, I load it back up it says I’ve been banned for cheating. Im very confused how I cheated. Did I get banned cause he might of spam reported me? someone help.

ion kno man the game probably thought u was hacking or using glitches to get the unrealistic score, then he reported u probably saying cheating and all they gotta do is see the score and be like "yep, he probably cheating". But the other guy shoulda gotten banned for saying those things because its against tos for being racist

If they send you racist, profane, or self-harm suggestions click on report message and let the Xbox people ban them. No need for that.

That seems to be norm these days from companies,  just ban without explanation.  They really should give you some proof of the cheating or why they considered you cheating.  It sounds like you have no idea what triggered it. You should report that other player to Microsoft for those messages.
