Which offense/defense to run?

New to MUT this year. Which offense and defense should I run? I have usually ran the Saints offense in older maddens, just not sure which defensive playbook and formations are good right now.

Saints offense is still meta/good. 

I've really liked Run n Gun alternate too

I would stick to Saints if you used it in previous Maddens, since you're familiar with it and it's still the meta playbook. On defense, I use the 46 playbook since it has a variety of popular formations. You can use 3 of the 46 formations, 3-4 bear, 4-4, nickel over, nickel 3-3-5, nickel 3-3 cub (formally nickel 3-3-5 wide), BNOG, dime, and dollar.

Loins Offense with some West Coast sprinkeled in. 

4-6 Defense I've been running for 4-5 years.
