How important is having good o-line cards? I have always liked having lineman with high blocking ratings but after having troubles with 96 overall lineman I said F it, sold them, and now I have mostly 93-94 cards boosted to about 95ish with strats and chem and I honestly don't see much of a difference. Maybe it's just me and I don't know how to scheme my plays but most users are running 80% broken blitzes every single play anyway so I'm getting rid of the ball quick no matter what. I don't know if I can justify paying 600k+ for the top lineman in the game when a 94 RG for 90k feels like I'm getting the same amount of time/protection. Thoughts?
As long as they get can SP for 0-1 AP thats all that matters. The higher lineman get other abilities too which is the draw to them.

Yeah I guess I didn't think of abilities. It is definitely nice to get some discounts on the AP but these prices on elite lineman are insane

Yeah thats why lol.
Pay 1 AP for SP and then get ID/NS/etc to help out the run game.

But the abilities are what makes them better.....doesn't hurt to have Red Tornado, Terror, Gilliam, and Greg the Leg all boosting O line along with Gronk....plus you'll want someone like Kelce with insane speed accel agility...Yanda too 70 speed 80 accl and 80 agi before boosts, 0 AP nasty streak AND 0 AP puller elite....not the highest OVR RG but IMO the most effective...
So it is worth it for the abilities at least to spend a little on your O line.

Red tornado was actually the card that kept screwing me over, he would just get immediately tossed to the side on any inside run play which was so annoying. The boost was definitely nice though which is why I kept him for so long but I have 40 pats players for my TT so the boosts from that helped out enough to get rid of him. I will definitely have to check out Yanda though,,,budget beasts are the best especially for Oline
To have abilities yeah. To spend a lot of coins? no. I have 99 Madden at LT and TOTY Lane Johnson at RT, both with Edge Protector, and they get tossed around like salad. then the next game, they could block a moving train. blocking is totally random but Secure Protector and Edge Protector are must haves

Disagree dude. Sometimes you gotta spend coins to get the best abilities

Well what abilities should I put on my tackles because like I said: some games, they get ragdolled, and others, they’re stonewall? would love some advice

Well who are your tackles? On 99 Madden secure pro and All Day . That's a pretty good combination.. if you have poor abilities and players you're always gonna get steamrolled though

Really depends who your O line is and what they can get.
Put Terror as LT2 and Tornado as C2 and then whatever your normal line up is.
I have Madden and T. Williams for 0 AP SP, Gimm, Pouncey, Davis. All get 0/1 SP and then a free ability

I have 99 Madden and 98 ToTY Lane Johnson.
O line this year matters more than ever. It's not about just getting secure protector at this point, because unless you run all day on top of it then secure only prevents getting beat initially, it doesn't prevent them from shedding on the second move. With guys like Bosa, Reggie etc having 99 fmv or pmv, its important to get your tackles up to 99pbp and pbf.
The best way I can explain o line ratings is pbf counters fmv, pbp counters pmv and then the pbk rating relates to the pass block timer, which is what all day extends.
so if you got 99 vs 99 they chances are a lot better than 99 vs 97. I run Zimmerman and Madden at tackle, and with all the different boosts you can get both have 99's in all three pass block ratings. The best tackle ability stack in the game is secure and all day, because it prevents you from losing off rip and then all day prevents secondary shed animations for longer than just relying on the stats.
Edit: also Edge protector will get killed by the glowing men so don't run that ever

I'd run secure and all day on both for 1ap each.
