I have 2mill coins looking to build an offense. Looking for advice budget beast  etc

You could take 2 paths. All BND (which I cant fully do till the FA releases later today and use a bunch of the 98/96s from that and then playoffs) thats going to be your best bet for sure. 

DEPENDS ON PRICING but that would be 3 98s ( do the set 2x and then you can pick up an extra 98 and sell 2x White) gives you QB/WR/HB. 96s to make the 98s RT, 3 WR, HB. Then TOTY set if you havent for Madden gets you 2 more pieces to your line. And if you do solos you get another one to finish the whole line.
