I just got rid of my whole team and am looking to make a theme team of any team, mainly one with a good defense because I run a lot of defense captain in MUT Squads. Any suggestions?

At this point is there really even a best theme team? With all the players getting multiple chemistries and f he abundance of 98s available it seems less worth it
this is a genuine question as I’m curious
