Which one counters IS better and just opens better holes in general for yall?

Post Up is going to work better against IS and opening up holes but it doesn’t counter IS. Secure Protector counters IS.
The difference is Post Up activates on double team blocks on the LOS where Nasty Streak activates when o-linemen block away from the LOS.
If you have pulling guards making blocks downfield then you want Nasty Streak.

If you're trying to run on IS, just double the IS (or if there's two, the one you're running at). Post Up makes that double more effective. Nasty Streak is more for OL getting to 2nd level and knocking heads off there.
I have Post Up on both Gs and C, and Nasty Streak on all linemen.

Post up on C and NS on guards = holes to run through (hypothetically) will be just to left and right of the center.
Post up on guards and NS on C = hole straight up the middle and works best with FB lead blocking.
Personal preference in which gaps you like to run through. Personally, I prefer 2 options as opposed to 1. Plus I lean toward elusive backs this year and lead blockers just get in my way. Therefor I run option 1.
Ideally you want your NS player(s) to be strong and fast. For post up you want bigger in size and strong.

Post up, you can double team IS to eliminate them as well as just better blocking in the run game in general. I run secure center and post up both guards. Also counters unstoppable force in the pass game if you double team that player, and when there rush 3 for dollar or wise you won’t get shed bc of the double teams that occur. Nasty streak is a flashy abilities imo and while I do have it on my sent for some of the draw plays I run, it really isn’t worth it unless your a big runner imo
