I'd start with DB. Grab Mel Blount (400K), throw him at CB1, and shift your other CB's down. As for abilities, I'd throw on Deep Out Zone KO and Pick Artist for 1 AP if you're zone heavy, or Inside Shade and Pick Artist for 2 AP if you're MCV heavy.  

From there I'd get a new Pass Rusher in Milk Man (350k) and throw Unstoppable Force (Milk Man) and El Toro or Double or Nothing on him.
