wondering if completing the justin herbet set will give me the part 1 & 2 players 96 ovr players as BND? Need Kyle Hamilton

Just buy the 96.

Thats a whole lot of coins for zero return outside of Herbert who is selling for the high 5's right now.

Normally yes.

But I just started out and the 96s it returns are good value. or this there a better set out there?

They have no value, they're BND to your account and can't be sold. 

Do the Black History Month challenges and you'll get 4 players that are pretty decent even now for someone starting out. 

Only take BND cards if they're a reward for challenges. Like the Game Changers challenges. Pick the two 90+ rewards because they have some value unlike the 96 that can only be sold for training.
