PSA - 91 OVR Ring of Honor Elite Fantasy Pack - cards not showing in binder

Just completed the set four times for the field pass objective and only one card is in my binder and there are no unopened packs. 
 

What can I do?

Saw that there's an issue where if you just hit the redeem button then it will put the ROH card back into the set. Really nothing you can do that I know of.
