Depending on the release. If it’s an average release I’ll go with the throwing stats.

I'd say it definitely depends on the QB that you're changing, release and stuff like that.  But In my opinion I would use the 80 speed with 99 throwing because you'd be able to have a very decent release with abilities like protected or fearless so you don't have to get out of the pocket.

Most definitely throwing stats, 80 on all of them is practically unusable.

I like to roll out but I also like to pocket pass. If a qb has 86+ spd but 90+ acc then im down with going all out on throwing stats

These questions are silly.  If you want to know the answer compare the price of the players closest to your ideal case.  Maybe Tom Brady vs Derrick Henry, of course no reasonable QB has throwing stats near 80 at this point. 

The answer is a QB is for throwing , the price of a QB with 82 speed / 99 pass ratings is over 1M, the price of a speedy QB with meh throwing is  300K for Henry or 140K for Murray/ Vince Young

my answer: 99 speed and 99 acc. I have to go with this option even with the bad passing stats I know that my defense will put me in a good enough position that the throwing stats won’t matter.

Usually every year you want speed and throw power. It seems field general is the way to go with some mobility and high passing stats. Release type is important. Everything changes when end game Lamar and Vick shows up though.
