Is there a legends strategy item like there are for teams? And if so, how rare is it? I need one lol.

I think you and the rest of the community would relish a Legend TT strat item or a UL TT strat item.  I don't think EA will put one in because they are already the best TT's in the game and that would just make them that much better.
