Check out what I am running and see if the abilities fit your scheme - https://mut.gg/binder/depth-chart/sevein131/
I am probably 80/20 Pass/Run out of Gun Formations on Offense with a focus on the short passing game instead of always trying to bomb deep.
On Defense, I run a lot of Cover 4 out of Dollar based on what my opponent is doing so I use Zone KO abilities to compliment my bend but don't break offense, I would rather give up a 5 yard pass than a 20+ yard bomb so my abilities reflect that.
Use the abilities I show on my depth chart as a base if the above fits your play style, if not, share your style of play and we can make better recommendations.

so i run a lot of 4/3 with 2 dts and ends as my primary pass rushers, i usually put my LBs in coverage, and have them at SubLB, but if i get some better backup safeties i plan on putting FS julius peppers there eventually. On offense I have a main formation i like to use. I am pretty sure it is call Singleback Wing Flex, i run a lot of short routs like mesh, and quick slants, with the occasional inside zone or misdirection. Once my opponent starts to expect the short play i bust out 1 of my 3 or 4 consistent deep 1 play TD plays
For Singleback Wing Flex, you have 2 TEs on the field at all times unless you sub anywhere I'm pretty sure so I'll give my recommendations based on that assumption.
LT John Madden - Secure Protector 0AP
LG Bradley Bozeman - Post Up 0AP
C Ryan Jensen - Post Up 0AP
RG Riley Reiff - All Day 0AP
RT Teven Jenkins - Secure Protector 2 AP
QB Jalen Hurts - Pass Lead Elite 2 AP and Hot Route Master 3 AP
HB David Montgomery - Short In Elite 0AP
WR Keenan Allen - Short In Elite 0AP
WR Allen Robinson - Mid Out Elite 0AP and Short In Elite 2AP
TE Thaddeus Moss - Short In Elite 2AP
TE Rob Gronkowski - Short In Elite 1AP
The above sets you up for success with the short passing game, do note that I moved Teven Jenkins from RG to RT due to having Secure Protector and Riely Reiff to RG from RT. This gets you 2 Secure Protectors on your tackles which is important when going against Edge Threat Elite players.
Realistically, you need to upgrade your players though and get players with better ability discounts, i.e. free abilities, it looks like you're running a Bears TT so just reference https://www.mut.gg/theme-teams/chicago-bears/ to see who you should be targeting at different positions as you get coins.
On Defense, you don't want to use Linebackers unless they get Lurker so you want to get more DBs on the field and run something like Nickel or Dollar. But if 4/3 is working, just target LBs with Lurker as much as you can.
Here are my recommendations for your 4/3 based on who I assume is on the field:
LE Dean Lowry - Demoralizer 0AP and Defensive Rally 1AP
DT Sam Adams - Crusher 0AP and Inside Stuff 1AP
DT John Madden - Inside Stuff 0AP and El Toro 1AP
RE Cameron Jordan - Goal Line Stuff 0AP and No Outsiders 1AP
ROLB Lance Briggs - Goal Line Stuff 0AP
MLB Roquan Smith - Lurker 0AP and Enforcer 1AP
LOLB Shaquille Leonard - Secure Tackler 0AP and Lurker 2AP
CB Charles Tillman - Pick Artist 0AP and Deep Out Zone KO 1AP
CB Cam Smith - Pick Artist 0AP and Deep Out Zone KO 1AP
FS Julius Peppers - Pick Artist 0AP and Deep Out Zone KO 1AP
SS Jordan Poyer - Pick Artist 0AP and Deep Out Zone KO 1AP
In the above, I would sub Mike Singletary with Lurker 0AP and Secure Tackler 1AP in for ROLB Lance Briggs that way you have another lurker on the field when you are in coverage and then sub Lance in for obvious run situations or at the goal line with his 0AP Goal Line Stuff. This gets you LBs on the field with lurker at all times so you're not as exposed to passes over your head as you could be.
Same story here as your offense, you need to foucs on upgrades to get better ability discounts that suit your playstyle to free up AP that you can use on your coverage, for example, ideally you want Mid Zone KO on your FS and SS in addition to Pick Artist and Deep Out Zone KO this way you can knock out those quick throws up the seams. And I'll repeat, if you can shift to using safeties in place of LBs, you no longer need to worry about lurker and can focus that AP elsewhere, in the setup above, you are losing 2AP to ensure all of your LBs have Lurker.

Thank you for all of your help, i do plan on subbing in safeties at SubLB once i get like BoJack, or Adrian Amos to be my LBs
