They're not broken. EA changed the standard ability buckets going forward (although Sugar Rush got the old buckets). If you look at someone like Game Changers Herbert's AP costs you'll see what I mean:

Only abilities cheaper than the new default bucket AP values now show up in green. Hopefully, it will become more clear why we made this change when all new players get the new ability buckets.
