Substitute 'Panthers' for 'Packers'. Exactly the same scenario.

Seems like most of these guys are either not big players or not even on the teams anymore. Thats a shame. Always love new players. 

I know people who want current day players would prefer good/notable players and not randoms...

Yea, but they never played for Bucs. Won’t use them. Could have Lamar, OBJ, etc. Hard pass

None of the card arts have X2 Team Chems. Is that not a thing anymore?

A gold 99 from solos is cool and all, but my guess is most of us have two 98 SS who are gold in the sub already.  In my case they are both bnd, so I wish it were a different position.  

Overall, big whiff on this promo IMO.  But it might be more evidence of a longer tail to this edition of Madden.  Probably had an influx when it hit GP of people still in need of cards, there's a Season 5 token, and still few gold 99's released.  Might work out for us in the long run keeping the slow drip.
