I'm trying to get a 40/40 theme team so I can still keep some non-legend players, but how can I improve it?
Also I was looking after either barry sanders or tony g, who should i get?
Well you have a TON of non legends, even at backup. Thats the first problem. You can get so many backups that cover about 75% of the base you need for legend and then work who you want as starts

Hes absoulutely right here use the really cheap backups then you can start to get more players.

I 100% agree here. Lower PU Legends or lower OVR Legends are great fillers.
As for the RoH player, I'd say Tony Gonzalez since you have Flash at HB.
