I have always be a zone guy in Madden and am an above average player. Usually around 17-19 wins in weekend league. Since the AP update I have wanted to try one steps on defense and was wondering how best to run it. I was trying to decide between 3 one steps and deep route KO’s or just 4 one steps and unpredictables on the D Line. Probably going to run it out of 335 wide mike blitz 0. Any suggestions?
Run it with 3 man to man cbs. If one of your cornerbacks is cordarelle, that’s only 11 ap. (I think) with the remaining 7 ap you can run deep KO/acrobat on safeties and acrobat on user. Spend remaining on d line abilities

That's a good idea. I might try this.

I’m going to try this. I have Cordarrelle on a Pats 50/50 TT So he’s pretty good
Three tips:
Try to lineup your OSA’s on WR’s that are using Route Tech as it negates Route Tech. (Usually the slot and 1 outside WR)
If you’re going to run Mike blitz 0, I would sub out the two safeties for CB’s with high MCV. I’ve used several safeties with 95-99 MCV and none have covered as well as CB’s for me. (I.e. Logan Ryan, Simmons, Lott, Hendricks, Mays)
Cover 2 Man is another good option. If you decide to try it, put two tall deep safeties back with pick artist. If the line gets pressure on the QB one of those safeties is going to find the ball most of the time.

That’s a good point. I‘m running a pure Pats TT so I have backup corners I could easily run at safety.
