What packs should I open to guarantee me the best players possible. My teams not very good havent been on in a while

There isn't a guarantee with packs. All of them offer you 90 or 91+ which if you get them won't do anything for your team. 

Have you done everything you can do? AKA challenges? Black History Month challenges?

You're better off spending coins on individual players on the auction block. I would only buy packs with madden cash. I would look for the bundles that guarantee enough to complete a 98+ ovr set

Plenty of challenges to grind for guaranteed free players... Legends, Ultimate Legends, AKA, AKA New Class, Black History Month, Team Diamonds 2, Team Of The Week, Team Of The Year, and a lot more.
