Where did old Legends go?

I always remember how there are some legends each year that are new and that we don’t get to see very often. At the same time, we have to lose older legends?

The rights that EA has to different players of the past changes every year. That’s why we see some players some years but they are ”left out” during other years.

It also seems like they have life-long contracts with high profile guys like Deion Sanders and Lawrence Taylor because they're in the game every year.

What they said. Big name guys always have the contract in and lower guys are in/out depends what they want. 

Blount hasnt been in the game since pre covid. Greene (RIP) has been in forever.
