It might just be me but I have some observations going from 99 Brady to Danny:
1. DD has more zip on the ball with gambit than Brady
2. DD is not as accurate on shorter passes. I have made several attempts (feet set no pressure) where the ball just goes wildly off target, especially on slants.
3. Danny has had less passes intercepted due to gambit.
4. Danny has a quicker release than Brady
summary: Brady seems like he is overall a more accurate QB and Danny has a better release and power

Personally I would go with Brady cuz I hate slinger 3 that's my opinion tho.
